Abia State College of Education (Technical), Arochukwu

The Abia State College of Education (Technical) Arochukwu (ASCETA) was established in 1993 as part of the Abia Dream planned by Dr Ogbonnaya Onu, Abia State's first civilian governor. However, Edict No. 8, which established the college's legal foundation, went into effect retroactively on April 1, 1993.

It is the college's mission to impact not only theoretical knowledge but also practical skills and experience, so that the "finished products" of this College can not only be gainfully employed as teachers but can also create and generate jobs, having received training in science, technical, vocational, and computer technology, among other things.
